Laptop Cart Reservations:

1. The cart of 23 HP laptops is checked out as a unit for a maximum project length of one week.
2. You may only reserve ahead 3 weeks in advance of the project start date.
3. You may only reserve the cart for the classroom periods needed for the project.
4. Reservation requests are initiated on the Facilities website through the Media Center Equipment Reservation form.  The project must be indicated on the form using the "Reserved for" field.  Indicate your name and project in this space.  The reservation form only initiates a request.  We will review requests and approve/reject based on established rules.  Please check your "My Reservations" section of the Equipment Reservations page for your Approval Status.
5. The cart must be picked up by the reserved time, or the reservation will be released.
6. History and Science Fair will automatically have time blocked on the calendar.
